Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-08-12
These Terms govern your use of the Agnostos Discord bot and web panel ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and meet Discord's age requirements. You must have authority to bind any server you add the bot to.
2. Acceptable use
Don't use Agnostos to:
- Harass, harm, or stalk other users.
- Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
- Distribute spam, malware, or illegal content.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to disrupt the Service.
- Resell or rebrand the Service without written permission.
We reserve the right to remove the bot from any server, suspend any account, or refuse service at our discretion for violations.
3. Premium and billing
- Premium subscriptions are billed monthly per server at the rate displayed at checkout, charged through Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time via the Customer Portal in the panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We don't offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.
- If a payment fails, we will retry per Stripe's default retry schedule. Continued non-payment will result in downgrade to Free.
4. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but make no formal SLA. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Discord outages, network issues, or maintenance windows will affect availability.
5. Intellectual property
Agnostos source code, brand, and assets are owned by us. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission. You retain ownership of content you provide.
6. Content moderation
You are responsible for content in the Discord servers where you install the bot. We do not actively monitor server content but may take action on reports of abuse or illegal activity.
7. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from your servers and deleting your account in the panel. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or lost revenue resulting from use of the Service. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via the panel or, if applicable, via email. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent change.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
